At Bumble Bee Children’s Day Nursery we are registered to care for children aged 0-8 years, the children are grouped according to age and accommodated separately in spacious facilities. All in complete safety and security, which means the children, can confidently use both indoor and outdoor play areas.

When you place your child with us, we understand that you are placing your trust in the nursery and its staff.

The wellbeing of your child is our foremost concern and together we can provide continuity between home and life in the nursery. 

A dedicated team of nursery nurses and carers run the nursery and aim to provide a variety of play opportunities with the use of high quality toys, furniture and equipment.  Hoping to stimulate and challenge the needs of each child.  All our staff are CRB checked upon joining the nursery. (CRB = Criminal Records Bureau).

In particular, we adhere to Ofsted’s current recommended staffing ratios:

0-2 year olds = 1:3
2-3 year olds = 1:4
3-5 year olds = 1:8
